When I was young, my big dream was to work for Walt Disney as an illustrator…but that never happened. My parents indulged my need for creativity however, letting me paint a variety of characters and small murals all over the walls in my room.
Over the past fifty years, I continued to imagine and create my own characters and write their stories. Unfortunately, I had to put them all into cute little manilla beds where they have been waiting patiently until I finished my teaching career.
So here I am, dusting off my old friends, trying to interpret pieces of wrinkled up notes, scribbled words on scraps of paper and random thoughts written on post it notes.
It’s a journey now.
Thanks for sharing it with me!
